Send photos and videos under 25 MB

An email limit counts the whole message, so ten photos and a short video have to fit together. itfits shrinks them as one set and stops as soon as the set fits.

What gets smaller

• Photos become JPEGs at most 2048 pixels on the long side, which still look sharp on any screen. Only if the set still does not fit do they go down to 1600.
• Voice memos become small M4A files.
• PDFs have the photos inside them recompressed.
• The video gets whatever room is left, at the best quality that fits.

Send it

1. Open itfits and keep the limit at Email, 25 MB.
2. Add everything. On an iPhone, photos and files come from different pickers: add the photos and video first, then tap + to add a voice memo or PDF from Files.
3. Tap Share and choose Mail. The whole set goes into one message.

If Mail asks what size to send the images at, choose Actual Size. itfits has already sized them to fit.
